Mashed Potato Mischief at Applebee’s

Jubilation! The coronavirus quarantine was lifted from our county last week. This was just in time as mother and I were showing symptoms of cabin fever and were desperate to get out and about. She missed going out to her favorite eateries but most of all Applebee’s because Applebee’s was the only restaurant in town that served baby back ribs and loaded mashed potatoes just the way she liked them.
